主要从事界面超分子结构的设计、组装与表征工作,在界面复杂多组分组装结构设计与表征、二维主客体结构以及界面相行为、共轭高分子精细结构研究方面取得了显著进展。目前在包括Angew. Chem. Int.Ed.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Nano Lett.,Adv. Mater.,ACS nano,Chem.Mater., Chem. Comm., Chem. Eur. J.等权威杂志发表SCI收录论文一百二十余篇,论文被引用4000余次。获2005年度中国化学会青年化学奖,2009年获教育部新世纪优秀人才计划支持。
报告简介:
Combingscanning probe microscopy with density functional theory, molecular mechanicsand Monte Carlo simulation, we have systematically investigated the design andconstruction of two-dimensional covalent architectures via dynamic covalentbonds, and investigated the reaction/assembling mechanism and properties ofthese novel two-dimensional materials. We demonstrated the key role played bythe adsorption and assembling of reaction precursors in the surface confineddynamic covalent chemistry, both in controlling the reaction and productselection. We have also proved the applicability of theconcentration-in-control strategy, which was first reported by us in thesupramolecular assembling studies, in the surface confined synthesis of poroustwo-dimensional polymers. We have systematically investigated the determiningfactors in the surface confined dynamic covalent reaction, and clearlydemonstrated the significant role played by the preferential adsorption,concentration and molar ratio of reaction precursors. Appling theconcentration-in-control strategy we have developed an easy and low costprocedure for the room temperature preparation of conjugated two-dimensionalpolymers with very good regularity and continuity, both on the surface ofgraphite and graphene. By introducing chemical and photo active groups we havealso realized the on-surface synthesis of functional 2D polymers, and exploredtheir application in electro-energy storage and photodetection. We have alsoconducted systematic investigations on the mechanism of on-surfacepolymerization and physical properties of two-dimensional polymers by combiningSPM with DFT and Monte Carlo simulation.
